Emergent Living, the mindful way.

Hello Readers
I am looking out of my office window, having a small interlude in my day of working as a therapist in the leafy suburb of Grey Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand.
(New Zealand is that tiny set of islands at the bottom of the globe!)

Life is busily going on around me with a TV crew filming an interview in the barn at the back of the house, children walking home from school, "For Sale" signs going up next door and the distant hum of cars going about their business.

A lot is happening and I have found an oasis of calm, that "still place" from which to view the world. This "still place" is not a geographical location but a spacious observation platform within me. It is the place from which I view the world and even myself, with compassionate kindness. From here I can observe Emergent Life, as it happens, without fear. I practise letting go of the usual defenses that keep me locked into old patterns.

Join me here. There is freedom here.

It feels Divine.
